Have you ever seen a clown who pulls a silk scarf out of his pocket,

and it's tied to another scarf

and another scarf

and another scarf

and another scarf

until the whole floor is covered with scarves,

and there is no end in sight?


That's what it's like trying to explain consciousness to consciousness.

Pretty soon the whole universe is on the floor,

and there is no end in sight.
